10.21 Truancy is very disruptive to the educational system. A group of high school teachers and counselors have developed a group counseling program that they hope will help improve the truancy situation in their school. They have selected the 80 students in their school with the worst truancy records and have randomly assigned half of them to the group counseling program. At the end of the school year, the 80 students will be rated with regard to their truancy. When the scores have been collected, they will be turned over to you for evaluation. Explain what you will do to complete the study.
