Check several key social media platforms. Get critical information on which ones reach your addressable markets (target customers). Most of them provide a media buying kit, which provides such information. If they do not, then contact them and ask for it. You cannot assume that your consumers engage with particular social media. You need validation. Take it a step further and ask your potential customers which social media platforms they use. Then you will be able to select the right platforms.
