Find out if the corporation has an advisory board. If it does, how many members does it have? What are their roles and responsibilities? How are these advisors paid? Are they advisors on a permanent basis or are they called upon from time to time? Try to obtain details such as their background and experience, their role in the corporation, and their appointment terms.
