1. Create your own resource dashboard, either using the template in Figure 7.5 or another template. A simple Excel sheet might be the most handy. Start by populating it with the nonfinancial resources you’ve explored. Next, add the funding sources, noting the different types of funding each source provides. Which resources are available to you right now? Which will you be eligible for in the years after launching, before breaking even?
