• According to the RFP, what is the product or service the agency wants provided? Or what work does it want perormed? Or what problem does it want solved?

• Does the RFP speciy the categories o inormation the proposal must include? I so, what are those categories? I not, what would be appropriate categories?

• Does the RFP speciy a minimum or maximum length or the proposal? I

so, what is that length? I not, what length would you estimate as necessary?

• Does the RFP speciy the organization o inormation? I so, what is that organization? I not, what would be an appropriate organization?

• Does the RFP speciy the ormat or the proposal? I so, what is that ormat?

I not, what ormat would you consider appropriate?

• Does the RFP identiy the criteria by which proposals will be evaluated? I

so, what are those criteria? I not, what are likely criteria? How might these criteria guide the writing, organization, and ormatting o the proposal?

Write a memo summarizing your findings to distribute to the students in your class.
