1. Consider the information technology skills and needs of your parents, relatives, family friends, and others in the Baby Boomer generation. Though you may not know it, you possess many skills that that generation wants but does not have. You know how to text chat, how to download music from iTunes, how to buy and sell items on eBay, how to use Craigslist, and how to use a PDA, an iPhone, and so forth. You probably can even run the navigation system in your parents’ car.

Thinking about Baby Boomers whom you know, identify skills that you possess that they do not. Consider the ideas just described and as well as others that come to mind. List those skills.
