Team Project: Business Information Organize in groups of three to five students. Pick any local business nearby, and list the types of information that you think are important to operating that business. Think of information used by those operating the business, as well as information the business must provide to others. Which of these types of information would you classify as accounting information and which are not accounting information? What is the source of each of these types of information? Set up an appointment to talk with the manager of the business, or if the business is large, with an accountant at the business. Review your list of information with the individual from the business and see if any crucial types of information are missing from your list.
