Hard Earth does plant maintenance for large industrial companies. It recently has faced a significant increase in customer complaints regarding the quality of its work. The company decides to pull its workforce together to identify where the problems are coming from. It decides to arrange the problems into one of four categories: man, methods, materials, and customer. Even though the customer is never wrong, they can make the job more complex. The following is the list of problems it identifies.
