Read the following material, and then write a paragraph of no more than six sentences that covers the following:
1. The focus of the interview

Mr. Dudley comes to your office in a rumpled plaid shirt. He has oily hair. He appears to have neglected his appearance since he stopped drinking, which is not typical. He has been in an outpatient alcohol treatment program for 4 weeks. He sits

mr. d. (hesitantly): Well, yeah.
you: And the drinking helped you deal better with the possibility that you might be laid off.
mr. d.: Well, yes, it did. I was upset. I thought I might be next. I don’t know. It all happened so fast. I just thought I’d stop with the fellows for one drink on the way home from work, and one thing led to another, and I’ve been drinking …..........Write your contact note here.
