Consult the EEOC website for recent lawsuits filed by the EEOC or suits that have been recently decided by the courts. You ’ ll probably find them on the “Newsroom” page. Look for any trends in the types of suits filed or decisions of the courts. Do they seem to be focusing on any particular law? Type of employer? Size of employer? How large are the judgments? Are of any particular interest? Present your findings in either a three‐ to five‐page paper or a three‐ to five‐slide presentation to your class.
