Find someone (friend or family) who has recently experienced an organisational change in the place where they work. Ask their opinions about:

• the need for change

• the phases the change went through

• the various OD techniques that were used

• the contribution and effectiveness of any external change agents (if any)

• their evaluation of the effectiveness of the change

• their view of the fairness of the change
