(ATL), Charlotte Douglas International (CLT), Phoenix Deer Valley (DVT), Los Angeles International

(LAX), and O’Hare International (ORD). Furthermore, the runway incursions include Operational Errors (OEs), which consist of operational incidents, operational deviations, and “Other”; Pilot Deviations (PDs); and Vehicle/Pedestrian Deviations (V/PDs).
