An assumption in complexity leadership thinking is that the quality of relationships influences the quality of patient care outcomes. This was hard to justify until current nursing and health-care professionals conducted research. Choose a model presented in this chapter, and write an exemplar that applies the model’s practices of leadership to a health-care organizational leadership situation, and demonstrate how patient care may be improved.
