Responsibility Accounting and Management Decisions.

Three managers make all major decisions in your company about factors that affect expenses incurred by the company. Jay Marking handles all marketing activities and is responsible for all marketing costs. Drew Anderson handles manufacturing and has responsibility for all costs related to that activity. Finally, Mary Whitmire, company president, manages the company and has responsibility for administrative and support functions. The company does all manufacturing in its single plant in Gallatin, Tennessee, and all its employees work in this facility.

Required:
