44. (Cost consciousness; team activity) All organizations seek to be aware of and control costs. In a team of three or four, choose one of the following industries and do research to identify methods that have been used to control costs.

Prepare a written presentation that discusses the various methods of cost control, dollars of costs saved (if available), and your perceptions of the positive and negative implications of each of the cost control methodologies. You may choose a particular company within the industry should you so desire.
