If you were an HR manager, how could you use the survey results to make a business case for rewarding ethical conduct?

Employees told researchers it would take a big pay increase to persuade them to leave their current employer for a job at a company with a bad reputation. A company with a good reputation could lure employees away from competitors with a smaller increase-an average 34% for men and 28% for women.
Further, while most employees said they would consider changing jobs to join a company with a good reputation, 86% of women and 65%
of men said they would not quit to join a company with a bad reputation.
These responses are consistent with another survey, in which more than two-thirds of employees said they would not apply for a job at a company getting negative publicity.
