Think of a situation in your experience where a number of people have been working together in one place. It might be a workplace where you were employed, a sports team or a course on which you were a member, a voluntary body you joined, or anything similar.

(a) Identify a topic on which you would like to canvas opinion among the people involved, preferably one that is not too simple!

(b) Prepare a questionnaire for use, following recommendations in Skill XIV above.

(c) What methods will you use to analyse your data?
