Voice recognition systems have begun to gain popularity with both business and home users.

However, such systems still suffer from a number of limitations that restrict their overall effectiveness. Conduct any research necessary to produce a report that addresses the following tasks:

(a) Provide an overview of voice recognition technology and describe how such systems operate.

(b) Provide a balanced view of the advantages, disadvantages, strengths and limitations of voice recognition systems.

(c) Explain some of the uses to which voice recognition systems can be applied. Pay particular attention to the business applications for this technology.
