In January 2016 the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) announced the discovery of four new elements with atomic numbers 113, 115, 117, and 118. These elements are very unstable and form isotopes of more stable elements by radioactive decay. Assuming that samples of these elements could be made that were stable enough to be investigated use your knowledge of periodic trends to predict some of the expected physical and chemical properties of these elements.
