Creativity, Innovation and Change Synopsis

‘How can you develop a more creative approach in yourself and a more creative climate in your organization?’ The Open University Business School’s course Creativity, Innovation and Change provides development and learning in how to develop their‘   creative skills, develop ideas with their team, sustain a creative climate at work, manage innovation and develop partnerships across organizational boundaries’.
