In this it introduced the concept of an ‘    inclusive approach to business success    ’

covering a company’s values, a success model, relationships, stakeholders and reputation.

It recognized companies as being bound up in a global complex of systems – environment, social and political, economic. Three specific ways are defined in which a company can

‘expand its space’ – redefining its success, embedded values and creating frameworks in which to operate.
