Renowned chef and owner Daria O’Doole says that her restaurant will offer the best blue plate specials in town, and she wants everyone to come in and try her meatloaf, which is made from a recipe handed down to her and originating with her greatgrandmother.

Ms. O’Doole wants to keep her blue-plate specials under $10 because she says her mother taught her to be frugal.
