What should Jenna do?

Brian is a new teacher in Jenna’s research group. While the other teachers seem engaged in their research tasks, Brian has posted only two sources from the school’s online databases to the Google Docs spreadsheet Jenna established. He is not prepared for meetings and doodles or stares out the window when other people talk. Sometimes he skips meetings altogether without telling anyone beforehand. His comments, when he gives them, are negative.
