Teamwork With a group of your class members, brainstorm things supervisors can do to increase the job satisfaction of workers.

Identify the things that would have a direct cost to the business and those that could be provided with no real cost to the business.

Compare the list developed by your group with those of other groups in your class. Try to reach agreement among the groups on the top five factors that your class feels would work for teenage employees. Then see if you can agree on five factors that the class believes would be most effective for employees over 30 years of age. Discuss reasons for any differences between the two lists.
