Using the peak picking method, determine \(m\) (in \(\mathrm{kg}\) ), \(k\) (in \(\mathrm{N} / \mathrm{m}\) ), and \(c\) (in \(\mathrm{N}-\mathrm{s} / \mathrm{m}\) ).
