Currently, the demand for coffee on average is 22 cups per hour. NesCafé has noticed through its sales that coffee lovers are increasing year by year. The airport has coffee vending machines of leading coffee brewers. To manage time sensitive customers and fierce competition, NesCafé plans to install another machine only if the waiting time of customers at its vendine machine exceeds 2 minutes.
