In a study designed to determine the number of turns required for an artillery-shell fuse to arm, 80 fuses, rotated on a turntable, average 45.6 turns with a standard deviation of 5.5 turns. Establish tolerance limits for which one can assert with \(95 \%\) confidence that at least \(99 \%\) of the fuses will arm within these limits.
