Carr alleged that her coworker at Sanderson Farms, Webb, deliberately struck her with a pallet jack multiple times. Carr also alleged that prior to this incident, while she and Web were away from work, Webb had threatened her with bodily harm. After Carr allegedly told Sanderson Farms about the threats, the employer responded that it would take no action since the threats were not made on its property.
