Given the importance of networking to recruitment success, organize the class around core jobs that students would like to have. In each group, brainstorm sources of networking. Poll the group to determine how many people in the group are taking advantage of each available network. Highlight reasons for low involvement and brainstorm ideas about how these challenges can be overcome.
