Is my workforce fairly homogeneous, or is it diverse in terms of employee age and other demographics? (If your workforce is homogeneous, you may be able to identify a limited set of benefits that would appeal to employees. The more diversity in your workforce, the more you might want to consider flexible benefit plans instead.)
