The Family Store is a small chain of local convenience stores that is run by senior family members with more junior family members in management positions in the organization. Employee turnover in both Head Office and the retail stores and reductions in sales have occurred in the past year and a half, have caused the president to ask for consulting help. The executive team is composed of the three founding brothers and two of their children, one of whom is a woman.
