A rule of thumb for website effectiveness is that great websites should fulfill three basic criteria: (1) the site should be attractive, (2) the site should be easy to navigate and get where you want to go, and

(3) the site should have up-to-date information (no old stuff). When you bounce off of a website, does it tend to be for one or more of these reasons? Are any of them more important than others to you?
