As a hybrid project manager, you have already learned that an agile sub-project can continue on past the scheduled completion date of the parent project. To keep current with the agile component, you should:

A. Schedule weekly meetings with the product owner and the team coach to get a status update.

B. Keep an eye on the release plan posted on the information radiator; review any applicable burndown charts, too.

C. Attend the team’s daily stand-up meeting to fully understand how they are progressing.

D. Require weekly reporting of the team’s SPI and CPI to forecast where they are heading.
