After reviewing the brief write-up at the website, use the “Sample questions addressing fairness” and the “Sample bias questions” to review the 13 organizational behavior items found in Table 13.4 for possible item bias with regard to both gender (men vs. women) and race/ethnic group (Caucasian vs. African American and Caucasian vs. Hispanic).
