All finance, accounting, and human resource functions are headquartered at the parent company in the upper Midwest. Sales take place through six sales representatives located in various cities across the country. Information systems for payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable are located at the parent office while systems for inventory management and computer-integrated manufacturing are at the California plant.
