Gather in groups of 8–10 people (or divide evenly as instructed). Begin by tossing one ball randomly from person to person in the group. You must toss the ball across the group, not to someone standing next to you. Once you are comfortable with this exercise, the instructor will add another ball, and then a third; continue tossing the balls around as before. When the game is over, discuss how your emotions rose as more balls were added. How does this compare to new responsibilities, new challenges, added assignments, and change in general?
