Speaking of being face to face with Mickey Dexler, one who is the other face is experiencing something of the gamut of emotions that it is said he exhibits as he moves from conversation to conversation. Again, associates with conventional CEO’s may never see the person in person, let alone be there during an outburst. Yet, given the rise in company performance, it seems that his way of communicating inspires rather than scares J.
