This case suggests that the application of HR procedures takes time and in the process good candidates may disengage with the process because they are unlikely to have just one application ‘live’ at any point in time, as for them their resourcing process is not linear. Given this ‘reality’, how can organizations ever recruit the ‘best talent’ available?
