3. A young couple on honeymoon have taken possession of Room 29, one of the best rooms in the hotel, with sea views, bath en suite and balcony. No other room in the hotel has all these features. Another guest has now arrived and claims he booked the room two months ago. It becomes obvious that a mistake was made when the receptionist made the booking. Although this guest is shown as having booked Room 30 the amount of the deposit paid obviously relates to Room 29. The guest is very upset.
