Elizabeth Douglas holds the position of Learning and Development Manager at an Edinburgh Care and Sheltered Housing Association, Scotland, and is a former Human Resource Manager with over 20 years’ experience. She acquired her MA in Languages and Arts from the University of Aberdeen and, after postgraduate training, entered management with the Great Western Railway Company. Elizabeth’s current project is designing and delivering a programme on diversity in the workplace.
