The online retail company Amazon has patented a wristband that is designed to collect information about the location and movements of workers in its warehouses.

The wristband can also vibrate in order to guide workers’ actions and to maximize efficiency (The Economist, 2018). Is this a good way in which to use the technology – or is this an inappropriate choice? Explain your view.
