Working on the Game Plan. A game plan normally takes into consideration two principal factors: first, the strategies and tactics that are most likely to gain your objectives based on your analysis of the game and, second, the dynamic relationship between these strategies and tactics with the people on your team.

Reflecting on the contemporary debate on education and school reform, which is an important part of the context of educational leadership today, discuss each of the following:

A. How will you use the concept of multiple intelligences, including emotional intelligence, in your theory of practice?

B. Describe at least one additional key idea from Chapter 2 that will guide your behavior as an educational leader. Explain the rationale for your choice. Why is it a key idea? What are the behavioral implications of the idea for educational leadership? Show how your behavior based on this idea should improve the performance of those whom you lead.
