Each time lightning hits, it would damage the computer, so we created a device which will protect the computer. However, the device needs to be taken out and serviced for exactly 10 min before it is operational again.

a) Suppose that a single lightning event during the service period will destroy the computer. What is the probability that the computer will crash?

b) Assume now that the computer will survive a single lightning bolt during the service period but two during that period will destroy it. What is the probability of computer crashing now?
