Upon getting their bids confirmed and receiving orders, various aspects of the construction (electrical wiring, plumbing, brick laying, painting, and many more works) are further subcontracted. Shameem and Ramesh, however, perform all carpentry work. In addition, they plan and schedule all construction operations, fre- quently arrange small interim financing and supervise various construction activities.
