a. Facilitating ownership so the organizations work can be sustained and advanced.

b. Advancing processes and structures to support the fulfillment of work obligations.

c. Advancing complexity in order to assure all the components of work are addressed.

d. Sharing work obligations in order to make sure that mutuality is valued.
