Regarding team “rules”:

(a) There are no “rules” set by the team—each individual behaves as they feel they should

(b) The team recognizes that “rules” are important, but is still in the process of defining them

(c) Each team member is aware and in support of what is appropriate for the team—the “rules” are well known by all
