Design and conduct a study to test the hypotheses that when people engage in activities that involve using their signature strengths and meet the criteria for flowinducing tasks, they are more likely to be intrinsically motivated and to experience flow than when they engage in equally demanding activities that do not involve the use of their signature strengths.
