Caro gives several examples of how Johnson used his power. Pick one type of power (legitimate, reward, coercive, expert and referent). Write a paper in which you address the following:

Discuss how you have either used this power personally or witnessed a leader using this type of power then. Discuss an alternative power that could have been used. Now compare the outcomes (or expected outcomes) of the different uses of power…are they the same? Different? How do you explain the reasons for the change (or lack of change) in the outcome?
