Create and tell your personal story (past experience, education, life experience, etc.) to share with fellow leaders, peers, or subordinates indicate who your target audience is and what is in it for them (what will they take away from hearing your story?)

Describe what you hope your audience will feel, believe, or do after hearing your personal story be authentic in telling your story and do not just tell the audience what they “want” to hear.
