Design a radar mapper to search for oceans on Europa. Research the currently estimated thickness of ice on Europa and define what radar you would use. Then design the radar instrument. Describe what type of radar and why, as well as what resolution the radar system will have and why this is good enough for determining if an ocean truly exists. What orbit did you choose (altitude, inclination) and why? What about a remote sensing radar system makes it a better choice than a lander for studying Europa?
